I have had eczema since I was born so I relate!
One thing I am still working on is not itching. It’s really difficult but it’s one way that helped me. I would wear long sleeves and pants at bedtime too if it’s a problem at night!
I know not everyone itches though.
Second, if you have it bad, I recommend eucerin (idk if I spelled it right.) I use it for my severe eczema and it always calms it down. I would get a lotion with actual medicinal something or others, not some simple lotion, but either way whatever you have works. Put it on every night and if you can the mornings!
And third, try to avoid foods your allergic to and try to calm seasonal allergies! These two tend to make it worse, so keeping them in place helps.
