hi guys! as most of you know, I'm a therian. whatever. however, idk how to tell my parents and my cousins. here's a little context:

my parents are chill, they don't care what the heck I do, but it would still be awkward to be like, "oh yeah, and also i identify as a female cat" I ALSO HAVENT TOLD THEM IM BI.

my cousins know I'm bi and are chill abt it. at least my same-age cousin does. idk if my younger one understands. (8 years old) anyways, I think they will be chill. I hope. I see them at Easter on Sunday!

help!

also ill make a post abt my new and updated gear (masks, fake tails, paw gloves, a collar, etc) soon.

I have a problem I am scared to tell them I'm a therian for 3 years and I'm 13. I want to tell them but they get mad if I make a mistake or tell them sum thing Rong and they don;t treat me like family and I don't feel loved so I need help my parent say me doing quads and walking on four and should I tell them or not and keep it safe?

If you fear they don't love you & are easily disturbed by anything 'outside the norm,' do NOT tell them. There have been several cases of therians being disowned or even k!ll3d simply because they are such. Remember that YOUR safety always comes first. fox-faceheart

i'm not a therian but I'll try to help you anyway, i hope it helps. maybe try to tell your cousins first, because they seem like they wouldn't mind, and maybe they can help you too.and then you can like maybe inform your parents about therians and things like that, but not tell them yet you are a therian. make sure that they understand what you say to. after that, maybe you can see how they react about you saying that, and then you can explain to them that you are one, and see how it goes after that.

i'm sorry if not all of my advice works, i've never had to tell my parent that before.

i hope it turns out well tho!

You can also ask them if they know what a therian is/their opinion on therians. I'm honestly too scared to even THINK about asking my mum this question. (She's from the 1970's so yeah) I'll probably wait another 3 years because A: I want to be prepared. B: If anything happens, I'm old enough to defend myself. & C: I'm very young as of today. Remember, there's no rush, but you should still be careful. I have a scary enough time telling mum I was bi.
