My mom hates my hair I feel. For those who didn’t know, I used to have long hair as seen in this photo:

Anyway. I decided to cut it. Short. Preferably I would have wanted a pixie hair cut but my hair isn’t for that type. So I just got it short. As seen here:
This is at the salon btw.
I got it cut a bit shorter than last time.
With this information in mind here’s my vent:
My hair gets a bit more volume with the shorter hair. But it makes the volume look cute. Before when it was long, it looked like a rip off Hermione Granger. :P bleh
My natural hair settles similar to this picture I found off google (KS THIS IS NOT ME IT IS FROM GOOGLE)
I love how it settles and the hair in my face doesn’t bother me :D I just have to wash my hair more frequently but hey who cares!
My mom hates this style though. She always puts this like anti frizz cream in my hair and I hate it! Currently I’m in Colombia and THANK GOD she forgot it! But instead she decided to just put hair clips so it will settle down. I hate this. I’ve talked to her about it and she says it isn’t presentable! Honestly it’s so annoying! It’s my hair not hers! The same thing when I cut it. She was guilt tripping me the whole car ride back of how she misses my long hair! Yet she didn’t care when she cut hers shorter! (Not as short as mine)
she’s a hypocrite and I’m tired of her! If I forget something I get a big lecture but if she forgets something, she blames it on getting older and laughs it off!
What should I do?
