If God loves me

Then why did I have to be born in one of the most violent countries in the world and the 2nd Poorest country in South America instead of a Nordic country or in a Nordic-American, I have Autism and a Speech Impairment, and I go one of the most strict and ableist schools in my state.

I have a feeling that God dosent truly love me

Actually, Venezuela is the 6th poorest country in South America if we go by nominal GDP. Uruguay, Bolivia, Paraguay, Guyana, and Suriname are all below Venezuela.
