So yesterday I pulled a neck muscle ( tore a fiver in my neck) and it hurts so bad I can't turn my head faster than 15° a second (specific ik) or it hurts insanely and I can't turn my head more than 70° to the left, if I try to go past then 1. My neck almost like locks itself to not go past there and 2. It hurts WAY too much.
Apparently it takes a week- a month to heal so yeah.
It hurts as I'm typing this (don't even get me started on sleeping. )
