Inside out 3?

GUYS, I was scrolling through my youtube ,and btw I've been watching trailers of inside out 2, and I found inside out 3 trailer on my recommended, but the thing is, inside out 2 is still in theaters, so how are they already making inside out 3? Plz explain, I don't get it.
