Question

This is a drawing I've been working on for the past week: 

I drew the head first and made it too small, then I was like ok, Imma draw the body now, and I kinda completely ignored the head until I was pretty much done with the body. So now I don't know what to do with the head, but I also don't want to erase it... It took me 2 hours...
