weird, only like 2 times two songs on the radio were playing the same song as once, one of those times it was actually pretty recently in my dads van (my dad has SiriusXM and I was channel surfing)
my mom has 6 radio stations in her car and she doesn't have SiriusXM, I'm gonna explain them
Slot 1: classic rock (we usually listen to this one)
Slot 2: 80s music
Slot 3: classical music
Slot 4: pop rock (switches to Christmas music during the holiday season, when its on Christmas music we listen to it more often)
Slot 5: news (this is an AM station, we never listen to this one)
Slot 6: alternative rock
my dad has a commuter car and a van, I've only gone in his commuter car a couple of times so I cant explain it too well but the van has SiriusXM, usually we listen to Lithium which is 90s alternative rock and grunge
but we also have apple music so my dad plays that too, mostly when my sister is around since she is picky and will only listen to RHCP
in summary we listen to a LOT of rock
