Literally be as stern as possible and tell him to stop, tell him exactly how uncomfortable it makes you, and then list what it is that makes you uncomfortable. If you have to, I would provide a compromise, such as idk he can still hug you but no more cuddling. I’m sorry this is happening!

Bro, I had to tell my dad to stop cuddling with me before bed, it freaked me out. That took me 10 years to do. its scary, but definitely talk to him and tell him about it.
