I try so hard to be normal. Like I'm not joking. It's like I can't even control it. Every now and then I'll js feel really dumb/silly and ill be a stoopid lil kid and no matter how hard I try to stop I just can't ToT is there anyone else like this???? Can someone help???

My theories for why:

I'm tired

Something is wrong with my brain

I'm so serious all the time that sometimes I have to be a kid and it all comes out at once (this theory makes no sense to me)

I'm kinda similar, whenever i get really excited i have to move or else i just feel not good. Like i'll have to move my hands around, or jump around or make some weird sound. When I was little my mom always said I was going to fly away because whenever I was happy I would flap my hands so much. And then sometimes I make dog sounds. But the biggest one is the hand flapping (Because I do it the most) but I do a lot of weird things.
