(I am not boasting about how skinny I am, im genuinly concerend for my health)

I am really skinny, and i can see my ribs, hip bones, my elbow bone thing, and the bones in my chest, and my spine, and when im not clothed, i can see a bit of my skin pulsing bc of my heart beating. my sister has anorexia, so im really knoledgable abt what it is, and i dont have it, i know im skinny, i dont think im fat, and i dont starve myself. yeah, does any1 have advice please??

I used to be like that but I started making milkshakes in the morning, Healthy ofc but still, they slow your metablosim and is a weight  gaining drink. I hope this helps!

I guess maybe try to eat good and full meals and more weight gaining foods?

ive been trying to, but it is hard to do things that i dont enjoy doing because of my adhd

Go to a doctor

You could be extremely underweight which is something to be very concerned about

You might just have a reeeeeally fast metabolism. I’d suggest bringing it up with your parents or your doctor if possible, because I don’t think it’s normal to be able to see your skin pulsing when your heart beats…
