Hmm so get one of the tablets that hook up to your computer, no screen. My only issue with that is my computer is right next to my mom. Anything I draw on it is gonna get spotted.
Not like I would draw anything like, that, but I don't wanna be judged ya know?
I've currently been using my sister's cheap tablet, dunno now pricey, but it's just aaargh. I try to draw, and I gotta wait five seconds, while pressing the pen down, before it starts to draw on my screen 
I've also been using krita, dunno if procreate is on the pc.
