its for girl scouts cuz I'm becoming an aid, my aid name is fox :P

In Girl Scout camp, a "Program Aide" is a girl who, after completing leadership training, assists adult leaders by sharing her Girl Scout knowledge and skills with younger girls, working under their guidance.
In Girl Scouts, a girl scout aid is called a Program Aide (PA), also sometimes referred to as a Program Aide Leader (PAL) or Advanced Program Leader (APL).
Here's a bit more about the role:
  • Responsibilities:
Program Aides, or PAs, are Girl Scouts who use their leadership skills to share their interests and experiences with younger girls in a troop, group, or camp setting.
  • Role:
Their role falls somewhere between being a girl and an adult leader, helping to guide and support younger girls.
  • Examples:
Some possible positions include troop leader, troop cookie manager, treasurer, or troop first aider.
  • Acronyms:
You might also see them referred to as PALs (Program Aide Leaders) or APLs (Advanced Program Leaders).
