the fox ran over to the dog. "Hey, dog," said the fox, "wanna be friends?" The dog agreed, and they were friends. Now that they were friends, they needed a place to play. "Where is a place to play?" Asked the dog. "I don't know," answered the fox. "We can build a den," suggested the dog, "It would be nice." So they made the den, piece by piece. Now they were hungry-----no, starving! "I could really go for a steak," the fox said. "Same," the dog agreed. So they did. They stole it from the human's wooden house. "Let's hope they don't find out," said the fox. "Wouldn't that be cheeky?" Warned the dog. "Cheeky is what we're made for!" Said the fox, his voice filling with glee. The dog nodded, and they ate the juicy steak... together. Dog was full. So was fox. "That was yummy!" The dog said, laying down and rubbing his tummy. "It sure was!" Agreed the fox, yipping in joy. Soon, the humans exited their wooden house. "Ack!" Barked the dog, and ran. So did the fox .
