It was like 60 degrees in our school and I somehow got a runny nose and feel sick (this happens all the time)

I'm pretty sure my own constant illness is caused by a weakened immune system due to stress or smth

I don't but my sibling is extremely sensitive to heat. If its too hot, she will start puking. It's really sad.
