Yeah, I think they should be back but with limits. (Also downvotes should take points away from you like they used to do)

Yeah but even with limits people could be annoying and downvote spam people whenever their limit reset

Yeah. Gift and a curse, really. But it was probably more of a curse, which was the reason for its removal.
