So, this morning I had ANOTHER panic attack. (I want to thank CoralSophie08 (my bff) for helping me through it.) That’s 3 days in a row of panic attacks! I have GAD, so this makes sense, but my anxiety has been inactive for like, 5 months! Hellppp!

I’m so glad CoralSophie was there for you, friends definitely help when it comes to panic attacks, that I know. This might sound stupid, but i have one stuffed animal that I call my “worry pet”, I used to have one with a little pouch that you could write your worries on, but I lost that one I think so now I just tell it my worries as a way to pre-empt a panic attack, and also it makes a great anchor during a panic attack, just something secure to hold that makes you feel safe.
