I want short hair that comes halfway down my neck/down to my shoulders, and I also want bangs and highlights too

AND ITS REALLY EXPENSIVE AND GRANDMA AND PAPA ARE OFFERING TO PAY FOR IT LIKE OMG!!!

I’m so excited!!! So my mom told my grandma yes! So now we’re scheduling a time as soon as possible to get my hair cut!!!
