so i deceided to take english on duolingo because i was bored. yes i have spoken english my entire life and gramar is my best class (ik my gramar is terrible on here but i don't care when i don't have to have good gramar) but i was bored okay.  but this was one of the questions i got ( i skipped to the end btw)

My parents have this friend who bikes across the US for fun, and when I was like 2 they said I could go with them (jokingly), but I didn't know they were joking so I packed all my stuff and was like "I'm ready!". .. it was awkward. I was dissapointed. I've always wanted to explore

in my drama group when i was 6 my director said to me and my friends "you guys will be the mini cheerleaders in the show" caue' there was a cheerleader scene. we thought she was being serious so we spent hours making up a dance XD

turns out she didn't actually mean that, me and my friends were so upset lol
