All I wanted to do was listen to wezer on my YT playlist, but it's blocked for some reason and I don't know what to do 

i'm confused and my parents aren't helping :-(

Did your parents block you from going on YouTube...?

it says i was blocked by my administrator and if i want to access yourube again i need to contact them but i don't know who my administrator is

I think maybe your parents did it, because my YouTube says that when I try to watch some videos, it says restricted mode and it was "enabled by my administrator" (My parents)
So I think if your at home maybe your parents blocked you to going on YouTube for some reason... If not that then maybe it was a mistake or glitch
