I'm sorry for being a bother, I'm going to reel things in since I can't process the things the way you guys do. I don't know how to put my emotions into words and to be honest it's been taking me so long to process everything that's been going on recently. I have no idea if my "friends" are even my friends. I just wish for things to get better :)

honestly i've felt that way before. I really hope things get better

perhaps try journaling, i've found it's a really good way for mental health and stuff like that

its not just writing down how you feel

you can bullet journal where you have a mood tracker or have like a dream log

or even going for a walk helps.

Honey, you need some you time, truly. If your friends are being toxic, they don't deserve you and you don't deserve that stuff in your life. Meditate, take walks, listen to your comfort music. Meet new people. There are so much nicer potential friends out there.
