Some issues with notifications

Question

So there seems to be an issue with the notifications

I don't know if its just me 

but when I first go on KT there is no yellow sqaure that shows how many notifications I have

but when you click on updates all of a sudden they appear

I would've gone without knowing I had all of those if I hadn't clicked on updates

ALSO 

the notification for PM's isn't working still

YES I just had this issue!

I was wondering why I had no notifs after coming back like 6 hours later

Also, C'mon KS, everything's breaking

also I think it just got fixed the yellow notification box just popped up!!
