I was rewatching Wouldn't You Like and Hermes basically gave Ody drugs if you think about it. It's like a steroid, since it gave him powers that humans can't have. And since mortals can't get moly on their own, Hermes basically became a drug dealer.

It isn't really from Greek mythology (at least, I don't think)

It's from Epic: the musical, which is a dramatized version of the story of Odysseus. Not all parts of it are lore accurate.

odysseus was the king of Ithaca and in Greek mythology he went on like a journey to go to war against the Trojans and he did the Trojan horse thing if u know what that is. Basically epic is like a musical of the journey he went through to get home :3
