Things that have happened this night:

I got jumpscared because I thought there was something watching me in my closet

I randomly got a sewing needle and got string in my thumb (I pulled it out)

I remembered how cringe I was like a year??? 2 years???? How does time work it was like 24 then

I randomly started shaking and am still shaking

I remembered this website existed

I played pokemon UNITE

I existed

I made up like 50 scenarios in my head

Is it like shivering, because when I was like 10-11 if I stayed up,to late at sleepovers, I would start uncontrollably shaking. I don’t know why but it happened. But it’s not happened since I was younger so…?
