as wiccan id recommend reading the book Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner Book by Scott Cunningham bc it has the general history and beliefs :D
but like if you dont wanna buy a book or read a pdf ill just say as a wiccan that the rules generally arent strict. basically just be respectful and have a emotional and spiritual bond towards nature. we believe life is a rebirth journey for the soul to learn different lessons. if youd like to give offerings to the gods (two gods, male and female that are unnamed) you can make a designated area for them. put the offerings in the center, then on the left side put a candle (or a specific offering) to the goddess, do the same for the god on the left. the two gods are specifically there for guidance, they will help you but its not like other more popular religions where they control you, they believe in karma and everything you do is on you. no evil or good is controlling you. offerings can be anything. from food, drinks, little trinkets, or you could make something for them. anything that shows growth or interest to you. everything in the world has energy, a lot of wiccans (me included) believe as a core thing that everything has life. stones, water, etc. cleansing is a big thing too. (take that as you will, rather self cleansing or clearing the room of evil) this involves smoke, salts, crystals, etc.
this is just a general rundown, theres a LOT more. from festivals, rituals, etc
