Step 1. Turn off the lights in your room
Step 2. lay in bed
Step 3. Get under the covers
Step 4. close your eyes
step 5. only move around for the first 5 minutes of trying to sleep so you can find the most comfortable position
Step 6. stop stressing about overthinking, your thoughts don't keep you up, unnecessary stress does
Step 7. stay still
Step 8. stop caring about going to sleep just & go to sleep
Step 9. (I need a filler step to get to 10)
