Prince Georgy Yevgenyevich Lvov (Russian: Гео́ргий Евге́ньевич Львов; Georgij Evgen'evič L'vov) (2 November 1861 – 7 March 1925) was a Russian diplomat and politician. He was the first post-imperial Prime Minister of Russia. He served as Prime Minister from 15 March to 21 July 1917.

Lvov was born in Dresden, Kingdom of Saxony, German Confederation.

Lvov resigned in July 1917 in favor of his Minister of Justice, Alexander Kerensky. Lvov was arrested when the Bolsheviks seized power later that year. He escaped and settled in Paris, where he spent the rest of his life.
