Hello KT/KS!

I was just wondering if unregistered users can have a blog. I know you previously had to be registered and gain at least 1,000 points, then it changed to allow unregistered users to make blogs, but I'm not positive right now.

Active users with a long enough history with us can get a blog now. You would qualify.
