Question

I know I'm not a staff member or any sort of mod, but I've been seeing rude or possibly hurtful comments around KidzTalk, so I wanted to remind y'all to think about what you're saying and how it could impact the person you're saying it to. Some people aren't very good at dealing with negative statements, or maybe you meant well but it wasn't worded clearly and they misread it. 

I also encourage you to stop looking for fights, and if you see something that you're not sure about, report it using the 'flag' icon and/or talk to a mod directly instead of making a big deal about it and possibly making other people feel bad. 

But just like in real life, what you say here can hurt people, so you should think about something before you say it.

What are y'all talking about? KS hides all of my stuff that isn't even rude or anything. I made a comment about if a user knew what 50 Shades of Gray actually is since they were referencing it. Didn't say what it was, just asked.

I was playing around with you Norway-derived folks and got that comment hidden as well. Personally I think KS just really hates me.

Anyway, can someone please give me an example of something 'hurtful' on here? I haven't seen anything of the sort, especially recently.

I haven’t seen anything hurtful on here either. Except for the troll post where Dogwa’s brother impersonated her and said that furries are disgusting (they’re not, and I have to explain that to the majority of Roblox)

Agreed. KT is one of the few online forums that isn't completely toxic, let's keep it that way.

It also happens to be completely social unlike most social media. (Facebook, Twitter (now X but I will always call it Twitter to annoy Elon Musk), Instagram, whatever)

I was just about to make a post about this myself xD.

I agree with you. I've seen some users (not going to name any names here) trying to pick fights and making comments that are hurtful and unnecessary. Even if they didnt intend to hurt, the point still stands. Think about something befoe you post it. If you say something that might be considered controversial, then think about your words. I'm glad you made this post because while its not everyone, I still think its a good reminder.
