First iniciate a conversation with him, ask him questions so u can maybe get an idea of what he is into, and then I would say js go for it! he seems great and u should take that chance, he may feel the same he may not, js look at it this way, say he does feel the same, but if u don't go for it nothing will happen! u only live once! so go get u some lol!
