How do you take pictures on this app?

I went to FAQ and it wasn't there....I don't think. also can people without an account do it?

Also there is a little issue.... Sometimes it doesn't let me comment on stuff and I don't know why I've looked at all the possible reasons why and I don't think its any of them.
