Try building wood toolboxes
Or try a mini figure of a state building like the empire mini state building
If that does not help you try building houses
Try sandinding and sawing to make shapes
Also make mini towers
Make an easel for someone
Make wooden doors/barn doors
Tool bench
Putting up things like pictures
Make a mirror frame out of wood
                      I hope you got lots and lots of ideas from my inspiration

Building what? You posted in Sports, so maybe you mean body building? Try push-ups and sit-ups!

You could build the Empire State Building, the Taj Mahal, Lady Liberty, the Washington Monument, the Eiffel Tower, the Great Pyramid of Giza, the White House, or Biltmore Estate.
