I feel like this all the time. Here are some tricks I use.
1. Just show it. I scream into a pillow, I cry, I do anything to get the emotion out.
2. Talk to someone. It doesnt have to be fancy, just tell someone how you feel.
3. Sleep it off! It might just feel better later.
4. Idk why, but doing something like taking a hot shower seems to make everything better
5. Listen to music.
