The no doesn't need to be capitalized, calm down bro. I know how it is to have to hide and lie all the time, but it destroys your character. And eventually, you slip up, and someone notices. Then they snap and flip out at you, and you can't run. You have nowhere to go. Lying can't always save you. It can get you into even more trouble
