Non registered users should be able to be clicked on but it just shows questions and answers by that name

Sorry, but it is not possible for technical reasons. We just can't know for certain if a post belongs to a user that is not registered.

Why not through ip addresses??

Sometimes I use a diff device which would have a diff ip address. If you log in, then you have a diff ip address, but you have the same account
