Question

I had a nightmare about 5:00 in the morning!

so I woke up at 5:00 in the morning, terrified by the sound of thunder. I ran out of my bedroom as fast as I could. I stayed up until 6:00 in the morning, when I finally fell back asleep. The power didn't go out. Good.

Again, these posts confuse me. A nightmare is a dream that happens when you sleep. These posts sound like you’re awake.
