Feature request - User Levels based on points

I think that you should add a levels system like the one on popjam. You can use "user titles based on points" to create a level system that might look kind of like this

It is an interesting idea. Where would you want to see the level information? On PopJam they just show it on the profile page.

Titles are shown next to your username and on your profile page with q2a
