I have a boyfriend but he is cheating on me please how do I handle this do I confront them or do I not say anything  and worst of all be is cheating on me with my sister

I found his stuff in her room  she came home from school waring his hoody she kept  making excuses then a few hours ago I cought them kissing ok I will  take your advice
