My Parents Just Told Me They Are Getting Divorced\Experinced Heartbreak(pls read)

So just yesterday, my  parents told me they are getting a divorce. Idk why, they never fight and get along so well! My world is ending:(

So yesterday, I saw my bf walking with a GIRL!!!! Explain that, mister!! Why was he doing that?

Please help me. I am crying so hard rn.

OH MY GOSH I CAN RELATE!

I just moved in with my grandparents. My parents said they were basically gonna divorce like 5 days ago. I am so glad this isn’t just me.

It’ll be okay! It sucks, it’s sad, and it hurts. But it’ll get better. I’m already kinda starting to settle. I’m not saying your never going to hurt because of it. Give it a few days though to take it all in. At least you weren’t immediately moving after :)

As for your boyfriend, consider that might be a friend he’s walking with? Or like, his cousin? I mean you might be right, he may be like, cheating. That’s painful and I’m sorry if thats the case. But maybe it’s not all bad and he isn’t. Still though, I’m sorry. I’m sorry so much is happening to you too! But I promise, it gets better. Good luck.

The Boyfriend Situation:

If a boy is doing that to his girlfriend, he's prob not someone worthy for you. Think, he might not be dating that girl behind your back. That girl might be his cousin, even! Confront him about it. If he admits that girl is his gf, he doesn't deserve you. Dont try and win him back. You deserve way better!

The divorce situation:

Your parents are doing what they think is best. Dont be mad at them! Besides, you'd rather them be happy then them unhappy, and thats exactly what they'd be if they weren't divorcing.

1. They probably have their reasons. They might have arguments in private. Or they just are better off as friends. Either way, that isn't fun!

2. It probably doesn't mean anything. Just because he's with a girl doesn't mean he's interested in them. They're probably just friends.
