Alright. I have undiagnosed depression and I went to the doctor last week who said I probably have it. Same with my therapist.

So anyways, do you guys have any way that helps you cope with it, or slowly break away from it? I either want to sleep all day (and I’m always tired) or am just moody the whole day. And sometimes I can’t sleep and then I can’t stop crying which forms into an anxiety attack. It’s gotten super frustrating.

HOW DO YOU FIX THIS? I am so tired of it.. DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY WAY TO MAKE THIS BEARABLE?

OKAY SO-

There's not really a known "cure" for depression. It just kinda fades away eventually, and this happens at a different pace for everyone!! So even if you feel like this now, you won't forever! Don't give up and keep fighting!

So I am a girl who has not been diagnosed with depression but im pretty sure I have it.

My solutions:

I have absolutely none bc im sad and depressed

solutions for you:

try finding something to laugh about, i go onto youtube and search up things i find funny.

go to nature. nature will be the woman to help you. or try hanging out with animals

take qoutev quizes. i personaly LOVE qoutev. you can search up, free-response questions to make you feel better, and more

try finding like, fandoms you like, or movies. i like watching sweet tooth

go talk to some people on the internet. they are really nice. just be carefull of who you talk to.

sleep in. you might already do this but i like doing it.
