Can confirm, as someone who used TikTok in early 2018. (I was 6, and I didn’t know TikTok was social media, I was just downloading random apps I thought were cool)

All I saw on TikTok were videos kind of like old YouTube. I remember there was a video of two guys carving a pumpkin and it was a comedy video, I think.
