Help me with my plot

I want to make a story, but I do not know a plot line, and I want people to like my story, so can anyone please help me make up a plot people any kind of story will work!

Hmm lemme think...

Okay I saw this prompt on Pinterest (I don't remember the user unfortunately) but imagine if you had a blue wrist band, and every time you helped someone you gained one extra year in your life. The protagonist wakes up to find it saying a million years were added.

Another one I got from somewhere (can't remember where lol) so when you turn a certain age whatever you eat that is your power. So what is the outcome when the person eats the table?

 Okay that's all I have for now. Hope they helped or got you thinking of an idea!
