need advice

This guy in my class his name is Daniel and he's like really man to me when I try to avoid him he still talks the most poop about ME like dude LEAVE ME ALONE and yea I talk back to him but he tells my friend Jessie its my fault that he does it.

I'm not an advice columnist (if that means someone who has an advice column) but I like to give advice anyway. So the first thing you should do is not day anything mean back or else you could get in trouble. If you have tried avoiding him and that didn't work then just ignore him and tell him to stop. If he doesn't stop report him and tell how long it has been a problem. I hope this works!
