On pretty active moderation days, around 10-20 minutes (below), and on slower days, it's been over 6 hours. There are definitely days where there is close to none posts approved, but those days are few and very far between.

usually the mods approve it within 10-20 minutes but it can go anywhere from basically instantly to 4 hours
