Are there any words in any language that you think there is LITERALLY NO POINT IN IT (for example, "Goblet", "Traverse", "Smuggle")?

I set my (Microsoft Word) document to:

"Word"

(Tab) Question about why the word exists? Re-spelling + "Something someone else can say about the speaking of the word"  *Optional if you're removing the word or simplifying it* CRASHOUT SEGMENT. A simpler way to say the word.

I have spent TOO LONG crashing out over these words, and I'm only on the third one, and my (Microsoft Word) document has 7 PAGES OF WORDS (And I'm asking you guys for more!)

I'm calling it "Fixing english (The google doc is called that, i'm adding other language segments if i get any), a little at a time"

There is a point of a goblet

First that’s a title in Harry Potter

Second it defines a type of drinking glass with a foot and stem

Goblet has meaning as a specific type of a drinking glass

Second - traverse

Traverse definition - to move or pass along or through

It basically is a way to say travel  with struggle in my opinion

I also use traverse a lot with my writing

Finally - Smuggle

Definition - move (goods) illegally into or out of the country

This word also has lots of meaning, there’s no other words I’d use in this case, it doesn’t just have to be goods but really anything illegal

In my opinion no word is useless

Here's my 3:45 P.M. crashout for it:

Smuggle

Why is there a need for two G’s? One is fine. Smugle. It makes more sense (AND DONT START ON THE “Oh but it makes the ‘U’ a short ‘U’ sound” **. ENGLISH IS TOO COMPLICATED). LITERALLY JUST CALL IT ILLEGALLY TAKING SOMETHING AWAY.

Traverse

What does this even mean?!?! “To travel across something covering a distance or an area” LITERALLY JUST CALL IT MOVING SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOT “Traverse” WE’RE NOT FANCY

Goblet

Goblet. Really. WHO INVENTED THIS?!?! WHO?!?! I NEED TO HAVE A WORD WITH THEM (Literally) The french invented it, its a word that evolved from gobelet, means small cup., LITERALLY JUST CALL IT FANCY SMALL CUP, OR JUST SMALL CUP!!!! THERE, PROBLEM SOLVED
