Ohh.... So MISSONGNO is kind of like a creeper in the sense it was created by an error? Creepers were created when Notch accidentally switched two of the dimensions when coding the pig. Sorry if I offended u by not knowing or with this comment.

Missingno. was created because the game boy could only hold multiples of two. Since there was 151 Pokemon, which was not a multiple of two, the developers simply created 200 something Pokemon, and named them Missingno., short for Missing Number. These "void" pokemon were not meant to be obtainable, but apparently they were wrong.
