These are some pictures of vents I found online, I'll compare and contrast them with ratings on a scale of 10:

Vent 1:

Starting off with whatever this is supposed to be used for, I think this one would be good for grilling and whatnot, but would allow bugs in and out very easily.

Air flow: 9/10

Looks: 6/10

Versatility: 8/10

I vividly remember the hot air coming out of one of these, it was from the dryer.

It looks like it could be a shell of some robot, or a hunting thing.

This is one of the A/C vents, it's got cool multi-directional things to spread air.

My favorite in looks, I don't know where I would use this vent, but it looks like it would also be used for a dryer.

so uhm... Appearnetly John Johnson is a very outdated term from the early 1900s that was used to make fun of Non- Army Surnamed Swedish-Americans

Yes, that's a good option, I didn't even notice it until now, good eye. That one may have the best air flow of all, but it definitely looked the best, and it could probably be used anywhere.

Indeed, we must all appreciate vents (because I didn't know the other definition before I came here and I was really confused as to why people were "venting" because I didn't think physical things were possible and I didn't know why all of them were just ranting about how their mother won't let them have an hour of screen time or something).
