a small vent.

Question

Ok so like... My mom and dad r like helicopter parents. And one thing is.... they can be mean... They take away my things if i just get an 80. My dad wants me to be a valedictorian (The top person of the class.) But im still in middle school... They are putting all of these things on me that i shouldn't worry about. They want me to get 100s and 90s, and if i get one 80. Bam. My phone and all devices are taken away....

Plus my mom has access to my grades... and i get a lecture abt why my grades are so low... and then. I cry.

Im saying this rn bc it just happend... (but i still have my phone.. for now..) so yeah... i just needed to get this off my chest.

Aw that’s sad, my parents can be a bit like that, obsessed with my grades. My dad watches me do my homework. Maybe tell your parents that you think they are being hard on you (if you want and it’s safe to).

Also I see you like Hamilton! I love Hamilton. Best Musical I have watched ever. Lin is insanely talented. #justiceForPhilip!

I completely agree. People can be so rude and it doesn’t do anything. I agree that if we just help each other then the world would be a better place.
