So IDK if this is a health thing because this may affect my health in the future so yeah

Uhh

I am sleep deprived.

Basically, I have 2 things to blame.

1st is my schedule. I am free on Monday, I have Art Class on Tuesday and I have Swimming Wensday and Thursday.

Well... Guess what. After I finish eating dinner and taking a shower I end up being past my bedtime.

2nd thing is my school, because I littearly have to wake up at 6am and arrive at school by 7:15am. It's like 7:30am as I'm typing this

My bedtime has been 9pm-9:30pm, but because I also need time to relax, I have been staying up too late.

I always wake up tired  and in a very bad mood so I need some help

According to google,  a 14 year old needs at least 9.5 hours of sleep, and I only sleep for 8-7 hours.

Any tips?

You really need sleep if you want to be super smart!

Especially when I ask you to tell me crazy Nordic facts, you need to be at your best!

Time for a little bit of CDC tips, straight from the CDC website. Apparently these are their tips for better sleep:

  • Be consistent. (Like sleep and wake up at the same time each day)
  • Make sure wherever you sleep is quiet, dark, and comfortable
  • Yeet (okay, just remove) electronics from the room and don’t go on them an hour before bed
  • Avoid large meals and caffeine before bed (and alcohol, but neither of us are over 21)
  • Touch grass. (For real though, get some exercise)
And now here’s my own tip.
  • Get more sleep.
