Ingrediants:
3/4 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Margarine
3 1/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Oz Instant Yeast
1/4 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Heat milk in a saucepan until it bubbles. Remove from heat. Mix in 1/4 Cup margarine. Stir until melted. Let cool (120°-130°).
In a large bowl: Mix 2 1/4 Cup flour, yeast, sugar, and salt together. Mix in the milk mixture. Add 1/4 Cup water and 1 egg. Beat.
Mix in 1/2 Cup flour. Repeat. Knead dough in bowl until smooth (~5 min) Cover dough with damp cloth and let rest 10 min.
In a small bowl: Mix remaining ingrediants.
Roll dough into a 12"x9" square. Spread filling on dough. Roll, close, cut into 12 pieces.
Place rolls into lightly greased pan or muffin tin. Cover. Let rise ~30 min.
Bake at 375° for 20 min.
